PLAYER REGESTRATION INFORMATION
Harrow St Mary’s Youth FC is a non-profit organisation run entirely by unpaid volunteers.         

 Season Signing on fee £190,  fees covers all playing and training costs,training and match equipment.                                              Costs of pitch hire and facilities. Registrations with the relevant League and Middlesex FA.                                                                   In order to register  please ensure the following has been completed:

Registration forms have been read and completed.  PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM 25/26  SEASON

 Both Player’s and parent/guardian signatures, information are present (players U18 will not be registered without this  Season Fee has been made.

A passport style photo, If you are new to the club  a proof of age  must be provided: eg passport or birth certificate,has been sent to the Clubs Secretary. 

 You have read and understood our Club’s code of conduct ( found on our safeguarding page), social media policy,                  FA Respect file.
